This Privacy Policy explains how The Williams Team (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website www.twtvegas.com (the “Site”) and our mobile application My Vegas Guide (the “App”), collectively the “Services.”

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Services.

1) Information We Collect

A. Information you provide

  • Account information: name, email address, password (stored in a protected form), and any account preferences/settings.

  • Communications: information you send us (support requests, questions, feedback).

We do not require payments through the Services and do not collect payment card information.

B. Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:

  • Device and app information: device type, operating system, app version, language, time zone, device identifiers (including advertising identifiers where available).

  • Usage and analytics data: how you interact with the Site/App (pages/screens viewed, clicks/taps, session length, referral source), performance data, and crash logs.

  • Log data: IP address, approximate location based on IP, timestamps, and similar diagnostic data.

C. Location information (GPS)

The App can use precise location (GPS) only if you grant permission through your device settings. If enabled, we may collect precise location to provide location-aware features (for example, showing nearby places or improving local recommendations). You can disable GPS access at any time in your device settings.

D. Information from third parties

We may receive information from:

  • Analytics providers (to understand usage and improve the Services).

  • Advertising/marketing partners (to measure campaigns, attribute traffic, and—if enabled—deliver more relevant ads).

2) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services

  • Create and manage user accounts

  • Personalize and improve content and user experience

  • Provide location-based features (only if GPS permission is enabled)

  • Send service messages (e.g., account or support-related)

  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support

  • Monitor, debug, secure, and improve the Services

  • Measure marketing performance and improve outreach/advertising

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms/policies

3) How We Share Information

We may share information in these situations:

A. Service providers

We share information with vendors who help us run the Services (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer support, performance monitoring). They may only use personal information to provide services to us and must protect it.

B. Advertising and marketing partners

If we use advertising/marketing tools (such as pixels/SDKs), they may collect or receive certain information from your browser/device (like cookie identifiers, device identifiers, and events such as page views) to help measure and improve campaigns and, where enabled, deliver more relevant ads.

C. Legal, safety, and rights

We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe disclosure is necessary to:

  • comply with legal process,

  • protect the rights, property, or safety of users or others,

  • investigate fraud or security issues,

  • enforce our agreements and policies.

D. Business transfers

If we’re involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

E. With your direction

We share information when you request or direct us to do so.

4) Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Analytics

A. Cookies and similar technologies (Site)

The Site may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to:

  • keep the Site functioning,

  • remember preferences,

  • analyze usage,

  • measure marketing performance.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, parts of the Site may not work properly.

B. Analytics (Site and App)

We use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the Services, improve functionality, and diagnose issues. These tools may collect information such as device identifiers, usage events, and approximate location (based on IP).

Some advertising partners may use cookies/device identifiers to help show ads that are more relevant to you. You can limit ad tracking through your device and browser settings (see “Your Choices” below).

5) Your Choices and Controls

A. Account information

You can update certain account information through the Services (if available). You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion.

B. Location (GPS)

You can enable or disable precise location sharing at any time in your device settings.

C. Marketing communications

If we send promotional emails, you can opt out by using the unsubscribe link in the email (service/transactional messages may still be sent when necessary).

D. Ad tracking controls

  • iOS: You can control app tracking permissions in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

  • Android: You can limit ad personalization in your Google/Android privacy settings.

  • Web: You can use browser settings and privacy tools to manage cookies and trackers.

6) Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

  • provide the Services,

  • maintain your account (while active),

  • comply with legal obligations,

  • resolve disputes,

  • enforce agreements.

We may retain certain logs and analytics data for a limited period unless needed for security or legal reasons.

7) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8) Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided us personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

9) Links to Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their privacy policies.

10) California Privacy Notice (CCPA/CPRA)

This section applies to California residents.

A. Categories of personal information collected

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Identifiers: name, email address, IP address, device identifiers

  • Internet/network activity: interactions with the Services, usage events

  • Geolocation data: approximate location via IP; precise GPS location if you enable it in the App

  • Inferences: potential preferences based on usage (primarily for analytics and marketing performance)

B. Purposes for collection and use

We use personal information for the purposes described in Section 2.

C. “Selling” or “Sharing” of personal information

We may use certain analytics and advertising technologies that could be considered “sharing” (and, in some cases, “selling”) under California law because they involve disclosure of identifiers and usage data to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising or measurement.

You can opt out of this sharing/selling by contacting us at hi@twtvegas.com with the subject line “California Opt-Out Request”. We will honor verified opt-out requests as required by law.

D. Your California rights

Subject to verification and exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • Know/access the personal information we collect

  • Delete personal information

  • Correct inaccurate personal information

  • Opt out of selling/sharing (if applicable)

  • Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (e.g., precise geolocation), where applicable

11) International Users

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where we or our service providers operate. Data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

12) Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and update the “Last Updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice.
